How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.
Why neighbors call back
Most customers don't come to us looking for a mower. They come to us tired of juggling three vendors who never show up the same week. When the same crew handles the lawn, the fence, and the tree out back, things actually get done.
Not a different subcontractor each visit. The same two or three faces who already know your gate latch, your dog, and the corner of the yard the sprinkler misses.
When the storm bends a fence panel or the post oak drops a limb, you call the same number you call for mowing. We quote the extra work on-site so you can decide before we touch anything.
English or Spanish, whatever’s easier. General liability and workers’ comp on every crew member. We push to the next dry day if it rains and we tell you when.
Most of our regulars have been with us longer than five years. The route is full of next-door neighbors who passed our number over the fence — that’s the only marketing that’s ever worked for us.
Cedar Hill is home base. Most customers live within fifteen minutes of the ridge — between Joe Pool Lake on the west and Mansfield on the east. If you're inside this crescent, we've probably got a customer two streets over.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
We had three different vendors before Alvarez — one for mowing, one for the fence, one for tree work. Now it’s one truck, one phone number, one bill. Everything looks better and I have my Saturdays back.

Storm took out two fence panels and bent a post in DeSoto. They were out by Wednesday, fixed it in a half-day, and didn’t try to upsell me into a full replacement. Reasonable price, clean work.

Six years on the same Saturday route. Same crew, they know the gate that sticks, they know the dog. The yard looks like the day after they were here even at the end of the week.
